★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve you ice cream over top of frozen ice. If someone don't want to take risk with their health, better to avoid it utmost. They keep on repeating, don't care even if somebody confront them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried NIC for first time and what a colossal waste of milk. I am a fan of tender coconut icecream of naturals but these guys ruined it for me. The part of this icecream is that the coconut is soft because water coconut is used but they use dry coconut which neither taste good nor stands up to the name TENDER coconut. I am really disappointed.

Made the mistake of ordering from this place seeing the attractive prices compared to the original Naturals. But realised that 500ml tub is only equivalent to 380gms ice cream at NIC giving their ice cream a density of 0.76gms per ml.
The original Naturals on the other hand is 500gms ice cream in a 530ml tub which makes the density 0.94gms per ml. The difference is stark! While the original Naturals Ice cream is soft and creamy, the ice cream from this NIC place was runny, and had lots of ice crystals. And I'm even talking about the inferior taste. The creaminess and texture itself was a let down.
Bottom line - you get what you pay for. This was my first and last order with them. Going back to the original Naturals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their ice cream is really yummy. I especially recommend their cookie and cream flavour.
This is not a proper shop. It's take away, only delivery. A wide range of variety to choose from. You can even enter their storage room and select for yourself.
If you are longing for ice cream late at night, a good place to drop by. And the behaviour of the people is so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had heard about Nic from pune friends. Today got the chance to try Alphonso mango and pan flavored kulfi and I must say i'd give the flavor and the packaging and the price 9/10. It was at par with the Naturals brand. Also, the price was lower at nic.
Will order very soon in this Delhi summer.
