★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good management for interview, took F2F round after that said our panel is not available for next round( it means 1st round clear ) so we will schedule 2nd telephonic round for technical/HR. but not any update received and after many days consult said panel selected other candidate. After next day again received 1 requirement available from naukari.com ????.... don't waste your valuable time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total worst experience.i went there for interview QA position ( Manual +automation+ unix+SQL+API)..interviewer asked me only 3 sql SQL query that set interview done.......no any other question about testing excluding sql.......and said interview done....interviewer also so rude ........don't go there please total time pass

Company gives so many gifts like winter jackets, trekkers bag,T shirt etc for employees.Also they are providing the cab facility for employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpredictable interview process. I have been interviewed at NICE. First HR scheduled my interview after checking my current CTC and expected CTC. I cleared 2 Technical rounds where I had been asked question on XYZ topic of finance which I clearly mentioned not having exposure to. Still I was shortlisted and final HR round was conducted. In which senior HR gave me information about company culture and who will be my reporting manager.
For few days, I followed up with HR for final feedback to which she conveyed that I am not selected as I don't have knowledge of XYZ topic(which I clearly mentioned in technical rounds) and and there is budget constraint.
First of all, my CV shouldn't have been forwarded by HR if my expected Ctc doesn't match their budget and second, I should have been rejected in the 1st/2nd technical round itself when I clearly mentioned of not knowing XYZ topic.
Process is so unpredictable which impacts the credibility of the company.

NICE is a product company having its offices across the globe and the biggest workforce based in Pune. I feel lucky to have worked at NICE, I was a part of the FLS-Nexidia team and my experience has been a cherishing one, I loved working with my team and I've worked with one of the best managers in my career-Pranay Kakde. Being an employee friendly company, there's a lot of flexibility provided in terms of work, salary gets processed on time, great allowances, gifts and ofcourse a great work culture. A lot of focus is made on the growth of the employee be it career transition or supporting an employee to take part in different events, I personally have participated at times and was rewarded equally :)
