★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired an Innova with driver Madhu for a 6 days road trip. Was a mistake. The driver kept demanding advance payments every other day though the travels proprietor had stated that full payment to be done at the end of the trip only to the agency. The driver was switching off the a/c time and again. The car was badly maintained. He did not bring tarpaulin or Polythene sheet to cover the luggage on the carrier, said he would buy the sheet enroute, by then it started raining and our luggage on the carrier got drenched ; we had to do with wet clothes during the entire trip. The behaviour of the driver was rude. He was not clear of the routes too. On the last day of the tour the driver with the car reported 2 hours late at 12 o’ clock instead of 10 a.m. He had driven off the previous night to his village. The agency proprietor when complained over phone, did not respond properly. Overall a lousy experience.
