★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough place to sit even for the patients, leave the attendants. The available seats are insufficient. Staff/Nurses not bothered. No proper arrangement of fans nor drinking water facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time Management could be improved. Too much waiting time . It seems even if Doctors are coming by 10 to 10:30 for testing ( USG) but it is expected from patients to be in center by 7 A.M. In fact Doctor was not happy with the report what i have received from Nidan , Even if testing was done thru Doctor's prescription but it seems there is interpretation issue by the Nidan Staff or not sure it is issue with the Doctor's Handwriting, i mean to say the test was not done as per prescription. There is scope for improvement for Staff behavior., particularly at reception area. one more surprise thing is they do ask only for cash payment. even if now a days tea stall do receive digital payment.
Response from the staff is not at all friendly.. it is like any typical government office. Only Security Guard who comes and just directs " Go outside , Go Outside " in very unfriendly manner rather they should put instruction for patients as well as attendants instead of directing unfriendly manner !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad EXPERIENCE .
They don't have POS machine ( card swipe machine ) and Digital payment is also not stable . When I asked to the cashier named some Behera ( lady cashier) , she said we don't have POS machine and the PhonePe scan is not present at the moment . And suggested me to go to an ATM AND WITHDRAW cash .
It's NOT possible to have hard cash always for the Patients who comes from far distances and in emergency .
The underground parking place is now the patients sitting place where scropion are roming .
So it's a request to the authorities please maintain a proper diagnostic centre environment where people can NOT suffer much .They do come to save their near n dear's lives here .

Also rudely nature by security guard ? due to arrangement because of no management is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really so panthatic... Staff members are not at all corporative. They are non educated person behaviour . They scold to patients Just like hell. Today I was waiting for 3hr just for nothing. And reports also not mangenge properly. If staff is non educated behaviour then how come reports will come accurate. After all this there is no time management at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this center is really frustating, although their branch at Near Utkal Hall area is pretty well.
The fair lady at the dispatch counter of this main branch is absolutely rude to me when I asked my query. This is really not acceptible after all we are patients coming to you for checkup, by paying your demanded money. Request your staff to greet or talk to patients with smile or atleast humbly.
I am giving 2 stars for your test staff and for security who behave well with us.
