★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and slow reception staff..Pratima Hemkar doesn't have manners to talk to the patient and relatives.. she don't want to work it shows they don't want any customer they just want to sit and relax.she order other center nurses to go and do their usg their self very harsh and rude no respect for the customer.employees like her is not good for work place.very bad experience with all the staff very slow they just come to sit n enjoy their self and go...no work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrated in writing this. I had done test's here two times.
1. Date : 14th April. Blood Test's reports were delivered after two days on 16th April after following up for a complete day. The reason for the delay which was communicated was the internet being down at the facility.
2. 19th April. HRCT reports are not sent being ready. I have been in contact with them for an hour. Does it take an hour to send email? Really?
And then they are least bothered in receiving the calls as-well.
Please consider training your staff on using emails efficiently. Being a health care diagnostic center you should value time as someone's life is dependent on the reports you deliver.
Pathetic Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother to take an appointment as they will let any other walk-in take your spot!!
This MRI facility is only 0.4 tesla. Talk to your doctor and specifically ask what is needed 0.4, 1.5 or 3.0. Other folks have been disappointed in the past.
Finding a Parking is another story. Place charges upwards of ₹6k for a scan and does not accommodate parking for patients. You are on your own to fend with the “security” guard to negotiate a spot, Else be prepared to park roadside and walk your patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't Don't ever visit this center if you are in really critical situation. This people's have zero ethics, just running behind the money. Charging double rates than government of maharshtra guidelines.
Although once your testing is done payment received, they really don't care about your reports. I called them 20 times.. no one even picked call. If you are Charging like private then provide service like same. Some people are on dead bed, droped oxygen level but they really don't care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not accept coupons provided by Healthcare websites they tie up with and charge their own rates. One person at reception does not know what other had committed previously. Highly mismanaged place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patient centred laboratory ,focused on accuracy, quality and economy. Staff are well trained & continuously updated in the latest technologies. There is easy access to the Director for patients as well as staff, facilitating one on one communication as well as personal supervision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a day prior to coming for HRCT and was informed by receptionist that the center opens at 8am. Reached at 8.30am just to find no one at reception. Technician alone managed to conduct the test and take the payment. Printer took 25 minutes and getting ready to print film. Was promised report on whatsapp within 2 hours. After not getting report even after 3.5 hours, called reception. The receptionist responded that report has been sent with fully false confidence. Report came 10min after I made the call. Overall a bad experience!
