★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good except insurance claim. Hospital's insurance team is not trained properly. Due to this I paid 32,000 rs. despite I have Mediclaim of 12 lacs. During discharge time I wait for 4 hours because of insurance company not paid full bill to hospital. It's their responsibility to send necessary documents to insurance company on time to avoid such incidents. Doctor is good. Need to improve administration only.
