★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Unprofessional, Once you have given your money to them, No Proper Guidence, Worst Staff, They will behave too good before joining and later Noone will listen you, And if you miss your classes due to your personal issues even after informing they dont even extend. Worst Experience, So much rude, arrogant and pathetic. Never choose such places. If you want to learn yoga, Go for Hetal Yoga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello To all NYH sir n mam thank you so much for your guidelines n pushing us to do our best , Before I joined NYH intermediate batch, I did underestimate yoga , I have spent constantly 10 years in gym but my one friend told me don’t underestimate u would like to join then I decided to join . Really very effective, I decided to learn Yttc. My surrounding people told me that in only two month how can I do Yttc but Nidhi mam n Harshit sir told me u can do it. After joining Yttc my asanas got improved n also my teaching method. N also I loose my weight n specifically inch?. My strength also improved. Thank you so much Nidhi mam n specifically Harshit sir for believing me n also special thanks to Shivani mam for constant supporting me . NYH Yttc is tremendous. NYH team rocks ????

I have been joined Nidhi Yoga since from one year, it was a great experience with Nidhi Yoga classes, especially Teaching training classes (YTTC) and teachers in YTTC were so supportive and they encourage a lot and make us to do best.
The content was so good and designed in such a way that can turn a beginner to advanced level. I got mental and physical confidence after the YTTC training.

I recently completed My Yoga Teacher Training Course at Nidhi's Yoga Hub and it was a Great Experience. Here, I learned a different types of techniques and Variations of Yoga. Here, I got a deep knowledge about Anatomy, Different types of Pranayam, Yoga with Proper Alignment, Advance Asanas and Cleansing process. Here, Teacher's motivate us.
I met good teachers under whose guidance i got to learn so much new techniques, variation and discipline. Thank you Nidhi's Yoga Hub for such a wonderful guidance.
Accupressure session really very good and informative.
We were also given the opportunity to be INTERNS at the Studio for assisting the main Trainers so that we can develop a skills of a Good Yoga Instructor. All Teachers are very well experienced and Professional. I gave thanks to Nidhi Mam, Himmani Mam, and whole Members of Nidhi's Yoga Hub .
