★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful while one transacts with Mr. P. Gupta. I bought a 1.5 ton window AC on 31-03-2019 from this guy. The deal was fixed at Rs.30,000/- with installation & transportation free, that i paid from my card. When i asked him for the bill, he told me that it will come along with the AC. When the AC arrived, I saw that the bill was for only Rs.28,000/- inclusive of taxes. After a lot of hassle and trouble and my repeated requests, Mr. Gupta gave me a bill of Rs. 2,000/- for installation. I truly do not understand why he did this but It was rather creepy to know that the bill for the AC was with a tax of 14% + 14%(SGST & CGST) & the installation bill was with a tax of 9% + 9%(SGST & CGST). I am sure one can do the mathematics behind it.....but the experience was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Inverter model JTKJ50 is an excellent performer. Talk to Pranjul ji for your requirement. When you think of Daikin air conditioners it is just Nidra Airconditioning. The experience was amazing. The technical process was very good. They did a neat job of fixing the stuff. No need to supervise at all. They were diligent and meticulous.

Next time onwards, incase of any requirement I will definitely visit. On his recommendation I bought Voltas AC
Highly recommended, rates are equivalent competitive compared to anywhere!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted three agencies today. Nidra prodded and gave the best deal, bestest service, good installation staff. Same day installation. Very polite staff. Akhilesh gave a wonderful sales approach. Keep it up. U proved the right person at this time of need. My 10years old contact failed to give me service. Thank you. The owner is so humble. God Bless.

The installation was done by the persons in a hurry, when we said the cooling is not up to the mark...we were told it will take time.
On 28 Aug 21 we reported about the faulty piece, the boys came after much persistence n refilled the gas.It worked for 3 days n again the same problem appeared n on reporting the matter...we were told to approach the call centre.
Very bad n harrowing experience.
