★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money ,waste of time . 12hrs job with lots of stress , and sales pressure. And it's not operation role. If you’re passionate well about only sales on daily basis just go for it. Only thing you would be expected to do is sell en number of “Insurance”. One would prefer to join as a insurance agent in any insurance company with 0 cost instead of spending 95000 amount. As an ex icici employee I would suggest you not to join. It’s good to safe guard yourself and your money instead of regret in future like i did. And once you resign your job in future they don't help and guide you.
