★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mulund west outlet next to Rmall is absolutely pathetic. We had visited with high expectations based on our past experience but we are terribly disappointed. Products are displayed with 30% discount and at the time of billing, we are told it is 20%. Reasons given are absurd. Had to walk away without buying anything despite selecting and waiting at their billing counter. Despite escalating the same to the floor manager Mr. Nitin, nothing was done.

So if you like a shoe you may not get size in it .
Evrything else is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales service is good. Being a factory outlet , i felt options are limited but it's better than normal store. If you are buying only a shoe , then only 20% discount is applicable . So you might have to club it with some another item to have 30% discounts . Overall , you should visit here to garb a decent pair at good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YESTERDAY PURCHASED THIS SHOES TO GIFT SOMEONE AND STAFF IS SO CARELESS THAT THEY FORGOT TO REMOVE THIS CLIP AND HE PACKED IT. AFTER THIS THEY DONT PICK UP THE CALLS NO RESPONSE. POOR SERVICE WORST EXPERIENCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service. Picked a pair of Air Zooms that is a bit of an investment for me. Admirably the service person dissuaded me from opting for a top of the line pair saying it's a lifestyle shoe. And realising that I'm a runner took me to the models where I could see he's offering the best advice and leaving the rest to my judgement it's not everyday you get service like this. The model I chose are half of what the 'top of the line' are. I wonder if one should - a runner should - wear a pair that need shades to look at.
All in all good place, really big range of options and the best part for me is that I was lucky to get excellent support and service. The boy wasn't very conversant in English. But he was extremely sincere and honest. That counts tremendously!
