NIKE - New Delhi

Before opening a grand showroom, I suggest you guys to teach some manners to your employee(Spl. Mr. Santosh for men section). AS there wasn't much to choose from, he said if I can go to gurugram showroom. He was so rude to me that I decided not to buy clothings also. Very bad experience with nike B BLOCK. NO STOCK, NO MANNERS complete waste of time and NIKE if you are listening please teach Mr, Santosh how to listen to customers, and utter only after he listens to what the customer is asking for. I asked him a simple question, what size of pullover you think I should buy, and before I could say anything he said, you choose what you want then I will suggest, very rudely.I show him the pair of Jordan I was looking for and he said , Sir if you really want then go to the GURUGRAM showroom and buy, again very rudely. SAD, BUT I VERY NEVER BUY ANY NIKE PRODUCT ANY MORE. SAME ILL TWEET NOW ON IKE OFFICIAL.

The place is quite good has a vast collection of sneakers as well as sports shoes just infront of metro exit so quite easy to visit

The product is definitely exemplary however the attitude of the staff was absolutely obnoxious least to say in this store! They were doing there job with least interest as if they were doing some sort of a favor on customers after handing one sort of shoe, the staff disappeared with no signs of appearing again for more assistance. Extremely horrible experience never expected from "NIKE"!!

Please update the operational hours and days during the odd/even rule. I went to the store on an even day and it was closed. The store number is 20 so technically it should be open on even days.

Phone number which is mentioned on thier portal and provided on some marketing websites or companies are wrong. No any phone number is in working. Thier number is 4500 7338 and dealer name is BDA Company and shop will.open after 11:15 am.

Very nice experience. They offer range of excellent shoes and collections catering to everyone. Support staff and sales executive are very supportive and patient.

Visited the store on 3/03/2022 evening 7ish to buy training shoes in mens section. Needed some guidance on selecting the best for me. The attendant was ignorant to my presence, gave me the Nike Metcon 7 to try on then went away to use his phone and chat up with his friends. I asked him to suggest me more shoes that could help me train and run as well but he said to look at the collection myself and choose to ignore again, I literally had to point him to assist me and stop using his phone for some time. Hearing that he came and showed me one or two shoes and then went away again. Frustated, I just chose the nike metcons 7 and asked him whether he had the black coloraway in it, to which he replied there are none, all have been sold. I told him that I will try to find the black Colour in noida nike store in moi and if I’m not able to find it then I’ll buy this one. He was very adamant about the fact that I will not find it anywhere if not here. As I was about to leave I asked another attendant to inform me if they get black colouraway, to my surprise he told me that they had it in stock, the first attendant never even made the effort to check for stock cause he was that busy with his phone and friends. I checked them and they seemed to be in a used condition, with some dirt on sole, so I still wanted to try my luck at noida store. As I was heading out I very calmly told the first attendant that he is clearly not paying attention to the store nor the customers also asked the 2nd attendant to hold the shoes for me till 10am tomorrow morning after I check it in noida store. Post this the 1st attendant started ranting sarcastically, saying “We’ll see if you even come to buy the shoe”, had the audacity to even laugh me off as I was heading out of the main gate “shouted to the gaurd saying sir ko dhang se dekh le Subha 10 baje ayenge shoes lene” and then started laughing. Nike sets a standard when it comes to customer satisfaction with their products, however my experience in this store in CP changes my perception of Nike’s dedication to sell their products. Attendants even if not humble should atleast be attentive to their customers and their needs. Never been more embarrassed and humiliated while walking out of a store. Strongly recommend not to shop at this store atleast not in mens section.

Most uneducated staff I visit the store on 18.04.2022 He's saying if you want offers purchase online not come here. Ignorant behavior too
