★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are purchased a site of 5450sq ft in amadagur project from last two years back there is no single use of our investment .and all lays commitments by nikara group…. these people not at all improved any single road in this project . Even we can’t able to sell this at this place no one will buy back. Toooo worst people never ever by from these people. Always lays from his MD to their staff. Truly cheaters beware from them .. don’t trust.. if you trust you will get loss ..

I was insulted for asking a refund of a plot I cancelled due to their incompetence. The existing staff is irresponsible and absolutely useless.

My personal favourites are the resorts in mandya, penukonda, sakleshpura .
I have visited and stayed in these resorts with my family more than 15 times.
Amenities like a big cricket stadium, swimming pool, tennis,basketball, table tennis and other indoor games will keep us having fun.
Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Tasty food.
We can go for a nice walk in surrounding Nature.
A very nice weekend getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company has not paid for yield as per their agreement for past 3 years and keep extending their dates. The resort built in Sakleshpur lacks maintenance and not at all up to the mark. The management doesn't answer the phone at all when tried to contact them for the dues. All these leads us to believe that this is not a trustworthy company.
