★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Six months back i visited their projects; they are costly and not worth by these points...too far from cities and villages as well ...only 20% of amount paid is mentioned for selling land and reaming 80% are collected for Developing and maintenace charges.And also you will not have full rights to construct house in whole plot..outof 5k sqft only 1k sqft is authorized and cannot sell to another without NOC from Nikhara; you need to pay 5% charges to them.With all these i felt not worth for investment.
