★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after a good 2 months. So, the review is not emotionally written. Here's my practical view of the service offered.
I had taken my outdated laptop to this place. The lady at the counter checked it and gave me a brief report on what could be done to repair it and make it usable. She offered me suggestions on what should be done and what must be done. She also pointed out how much I should spend, making a point that any expenditure beyond that is not recommended.
During my second visit, I met the engineer who seconded her recommendations.
I got my work done from them. They upgraded my laptop so that I could use it. I have been using my laptop for 2 months now and have not faced a single issue with it.
During this process I also happened to meet the owner. Other than the excellent recommendations, an outlook to save my money and give me the best solution, the staff and the owner were very polite and patient in answering all my questions.
There is a lot about customer service that large companies can learn from stores like Nikhil Computers. I give them full marks for the quality of job as well as customer service and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their hardware repaired or buy new computer hardware and accessories.
