★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am customer of Nikita stores, Thane since it started. But in last week of sep 2021 I had bad experience at the store. I bought 2 packets of namkeen. It had expiry date mentioned as October 2021. I overlooked it. I opened the packet and couldn't eat as it was smelling. When I visited the store after 2/3 days I told at the billing counter. I didn't carry the packet when I visited. I was told that I will not get any money back or any replacement. The store guys were very firm on their decision of not giving any replacement nor money back. In short don't buy any eatables without checking the expiry dates. Avoid buying namkeen. Be careful on things which has offers like buy 1 get 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited with my mother and father and i liked the things but some of the things were broken the toys i liked it l bought a pop-it purse then it broke after 3 months the quality not so great but a little expensive can't the big pop-it cost for 300 or less expensive and low quality

We buy our monthly grocery through thier app and they deliver same day .
Very fast delivery and good customer service.
I order even on whatsp and i get same day delivery on time .
They doing great job .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice wholeshare walk-in store that has a well-distributed range inside the store and also priced at a good discount and even better than offers available online.
Good part is the store is so well organized that you can quickly glance through and decide what you want and may end buying even more because of the good range of variety.
The staff is also helpful and will be around whenever you need any assistance. There are two counters but the check out happens quickly.
Only downside that is not directly related to the store is the lack of parking space. So come with your two wheeler and not car else you might get stuck and not even get a parking outside.
