UPDATE in OCT-2021:
The project has been delayed & work not yet completed. Aword of caution to new customers to assess & decide accordingly.

Please make a poor review on google about the project "Niladri Avenue", Bhubaneswar after 2 days as below: May keep your name anonymous.
This simplex & duplex project started in the year 2018 is delayed and not a single unit handed over. My colleague has bought a house there and it is seen that without handing over phases 1 & 2, they have entered into the development of phase 3/4 etc. and thus jeopardizing the focus on phase-1 & 2 it seems. Quality issues raised by him in the interim were not heeded by the builder & insufficient technical supervision leaving him to the mercy of their petty contractors. The handing over is delayed over 1 year (my colleague's was due in Aug-2020) and he is bearing the rent of currently rented accommodation.
Won't recommend it to new customers at all.
