★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nilgiri 1 Apartments are one of the most premium apartments of this sector. These apartments were especially built for the IAS Officers so you can imagine the level of quality and locality here.
These are one of the best and very spacious apartments with great locality.
The only problem here is parking here. It is really very congested when it comes to parking. The cars are parked very closely that it is really difficult to drive big cars like Fortuner, Scorpio, Hector inside the society. If your relatives visit you then most probably they will have to park the car outside the society because of parking problems.
Keeping more than 2 cars int his society is also a problem because of parking problems.
Talking about the locality then it is in one of the best location.

2 big markets just outside the society
overall the society is really very good except the parking. Parking here is a really big problem.
