And since my laptop required repair, it was sent in to their service centre in nilkanth infotech. Mr. abhishek at the service centre provided excellent service. He was very kind and considerate, and did everything he could to provide me the assistance I needed. It ended up being more expensive than what I was comfortable with, but that wasn't their fault. I thank the staff of nilkanth infotech, and wish them all my best.
