★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper arrangements, ppl struggle a lot here to find the right department, doctors. Government is spending so much of money but the internal management is not a able to utilize it well. Better go for a paid service rather than struggling and spoiling your entire day here. I visited this place thrice over past 10 years but same old experience every time. If you have a good contact you will have good treatment but if you have no contact then you will be treated like slave's.
