★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location with connectivity from Hero Honda Chowk and Pataudi Road. In future it will have quick access to Dwarka expressway as well. There is a very big mall construction going on just front of the society which I think will be a plus for people living in this society.

This project is very close to Hero Honda Chowk which is the main advantage. So many Hospitals, Markets, Schools and other aminities are there nearby and offcourse one shopping mall is just next to the project.
Metro is also coming soon and the proposed station would be a walking distance.
The area of 2 BHK and 1 BHK is too good and more than other affordable projects.
The best one for investment.
In comming future this would be out of reach of every one

OC - No date is given, mentioning we provide next month from last 1.5 years.
Work is not done according to BBA, poor quality material is applied.
Window & Door frame - is used of Iron instead of wood according to BBA
And somewhere only direct glass is applied without any frame which you need to change with approx. rs.15 -20 thousand. when you use wood then iron scrap would be used in different project.
Electricity - Vendor (who are sitting in the society) are asking extra money 12000 to use better wire otherwise low quality wire would be used.
Builder reply on the Window, Door frame - Actually I have not gone through the builder buyer agreement till now, let me check again and then they will not attend the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitment are of low standards. Tap broken of both bathroom within 10 days. No proper QC was done before handing over the possession. Errors which cropped afterwards was on resident. Maintenance dept is slow and take days to solve the error done. Need more management control over garbage collection which should be done daily from the main garbage bin, spitting on walls by contract laborers etc. Area is getting into prime location and the main road nearby gets jammed by traffic during rains due to flooding in the connected roads leading to 37C. Entry road in front of building is under construction ? since dwarka express way under progress.

The flats available are 1 bhk and 2 bhk types in this lush green campus. It has a commercial complex at its entry/ inside the society complex. Each floor has 4 blocks with four flats in each block. Two lifts and stairs on each floor and ample parking for the resident's comfortability adds an advantage.
It's ready for possession.
