Review updated after response by company: Company is good, but Extremely pathetic customer service. Order date : 5 th Oct. Delivery date : 16th Oct. Customer service representative shouted while Called for status update that too after numerous phone calls. Product has variety and quality too. *Owner seems to be working hard. But his employees are running his business*. They can improve on their customer service.

It has been a wonderful experience making candles with the raw material from Niral industries. The order I received was neatly packed. Sometimes things go haywire but that does not mean you deprive someone with the chance.Try it for yourself.The products are good and even if it gets delayed by a day or 2, the products are worth the wait?

Being company for only candle and its accessories, i did not expect this from Niral industries. I have ordered wax and 4 fragrance oils and i got the package delivered with BROKEN and LEAKING BOTTLES. FRAGRANCE OILS are essential part of candle making and if they are broken i cant use them and preserve THEM FOR FUTURE. ITS PURELY WASTAGE OF MONEY. I dont understand why you guys dont use BUBBLE WRAPPING. THIs is basic.

Niral industries good part is that you get all the material n varieties under one roof ....but the quality first time they provide is good but then I found quality declined on every purchase you do .secondly when yoy complained I never got satisfactory answer or the solution against the complain .but I would like to name a staff working there Ms.Sayali ..she is very good humble n kind . But I m not satisfied with the product specially in terms of essential oils n fragrance oils.

Received delivery on time waxes I had ordered is good but I didn't like the fragrance. I had ordered lavender fragrance oil but It doesn't smell like one. It's smelling like eucalyptus or something but not lavender.

Hi, I placed order on 1st April and did the payment on the same day...and within 2 days the package was qt out home. All went very smooth from Quotation to Delivery. The package was well packed and very well delivered to too with out any damages. Whats App number is very well responsive. Looking forward to shop more.

Highly unprofessional! I had ordered moulds which were not proper and they paid no heed to provide a replacement or even bothered to take a call. Entire staff is unprofessional. Even after sharing pictures and video of end product which is out of symmetry they told me that I did not know how to use the product. FYI I have been making candles for a while and know very well what is symmetric and what is not. I called them multiple times and even when I was speaking they kept hanging the call. Is this your professionalism? They didn’t even care yo call back. Did not even made an effort to listen to what I was saying. You may be fine selling products which are deformed or out of symmetry but I as a small business owner would not like to deceive my clients. This is called being accountable for what you sell. I had ordered two moulds of same shape and they both have same issue. If your products are so good then why are you and your team making a fuss about returning and refunding a small amount of β‚Ή500! And speaking about calling them β€˜30-60 times’ please fix a number first, was it 30 or 60 times ?. firstly I do not have time to call you 30 times, secondly even when I called you multiple times you still didn’t make an effort to receive calls or even call back. You where not even ready for a video call but when I kept insisting you did receive video call and that too you hung up in between. β‚Ή500 is a very small amount but how you treat your customers speaks a lot about how you conduct your business! Credibility and accountability, you should focus on this. FYI - I had placed the order from website and made the entire payment online, shipping charges included but even after all the payments they again called me for each order saying I still need to pay extra shipping charges!! If you are so professional, why don’t you fix your website.
