★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During last week of November 21, I experienced an excellent service of Nirala Crystal Banquet Hall on occasion of my Brother-in-law’s wedding. Marvelous appearance, delicious food, personnel Touch Customer service, especially by Rakeshbhai who had provided very kind service during entire Wedding function. Ruchi & Pinky Madam extended their support wherever it was required. Much appreciated….. Hall is beautifully designed & capable to cater all requirements of wedding functions. If anyone looking for any good wedding destination, then I will strongly recommend Nirala Crystal Banquet Hall @ Borivali – East.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A honest review......had booked this place for my daughter's marriage in Dec 2021 almost a year ago in these uncertain times. Fortunately, the Covid restrictions were limited and the marriage went off very well. The internal ambience and the decorations were very nice, certain things were adapted for a South Indian wedding. Since no outside catering is allowed, we were initially a bit apprehensive about it, but then we were convinced about the quality of the food during the tasting sessions prior to the event. Ultimately, all the ordered items turned out to be exemplary and feedback from almost all the guests who attended the wedding was excellent. Also, the rendered services were superlative for serving the welcome drinks / starters as well as during the main course.Parking services are also excellent since the hall has 2 levels of parking for about 150 cars in the same building whereas many other halls that provide valet parking the vehicles are taken elsewhere. Overall experience was very good and the charges are quite reasonable in comparison to market rates. The only negative aspect is the road approaching the banquet hall and the entrance which may not look all that impressive but once you enter inside the hall, it is a different story. Overall , would recommend the place for mid budget weddings and parties especially in Borivili and adjoining areas.

In house catering with discipline service staff, free flowing starters & juices. Dinning is on 1 st floor, Here again you have carpet flooring giving that ultra luxury banquets.
Food & set-up is magnificent , delicious food arrangements, open kitchen , clean hygienic cooking place we can see the glass walled kitchen.
