★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is so conveniently placed, however the thing which intrigued me most is the service provided by the doctors and the staff. I refer my patients there for specialist and super specialist opinion and all the patient's are treated well with a very good recovery rate. Also the cleanliness and hygiene in the hospital is remarkable. And all this at a very affordable price. I would recommend this hospital for emergencies, OPD as well as IPD patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this hospital is pretty good. 24*7 availability of highly qualified doctors. Most of the super specialist from town are connected to this hospital. Admit and discharge procedures are very smooth.followup taken by the sisters and other staff was excellent and very much co-operative. I must say one of the well equipped and the best hospital in Navi Mumbai!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only for asking about charges expla ation. Doctor denied to do treatment. Irrelevant charges are taken from customer for. CRP test charged 600 rs. No proper invoice given for charged amount. Panic doctors , not even speak professionally. They just said . I dont want to treat patient. So panic doctors are difficult to handle. Please avoid to go such hospitals. They are puting your patient at risk any time. Doctors himself not wearing gloves, but charging to customer. For one set of gloves and kit, They recovering from each opd and ips paitient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire family was found COVID positive during 2nd week of April 2021 when getting admission in any of the hospitals was almost next to impossible. Due to special efforts of Dr. Sanajy Kurangle, we got admission in the hospital. My gratitude for Dr. Nachiket Jadhav and Dr. Nilesh Chinchkar who treated us very well. My thanks to nursing and reception staff also who took take of us in the best possible manner. The entire team has been discharging its duty with a lot of courage without any fear inspite of being surrounded by COVID patients all the time.
Kudos to the entire team of Niramay Hospital for taking care of us in such a difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hospital & worst management i ever seen in my life, Dr. Anjana Thadhani, director of this hospital doesn't have 1% of respect for the staffs. She is having full of attitude. Don't listen a single problem of their staffs. I had been working in this hospital as an X-ray Technologist for almost 2 Years 6 months. I helped them in every situation but i got zero, there is zero value for me. Helped them through releasing staff's salary, as a pharmacist looking into pharmacy when there were no pharmacist available at starting COVID Crisis. Went on call for Pharmacy when the patients got admitted. I did 10 - 15 on calls and She didn't pay a single rupee for that when i asked she said to paid Rs. 100/- rupees for that 10- 15 on calls. When i listened that I'm getting Rs. 100/- for that on call, i didn't take & leave the on call rupees. That is not my department still i helped like that. Dr. Anjana Thadhani told me to do double duty when there is no staff an i did. But she cut payment for 13 days. There is not a single reason to cut the payment. When i asked her about this, she told me to write letter regarding the same and come, we will do that. After 2 times of writing letter and following too many times. She only told me to tell Account to show me details about that, told but no response. The accountant told me I'm busy right now, I'll show later. After following of 8 months, when I'm going home town because I've serious problem, i messaged about all the things and request to release my payment because i badly need money that time but she removed me from the hospital whatsapp group. In that situation she will helped me out but no. After that i followed up with Dr. Anjana Thadhani (Director), no response, followed up with Dr. Amit Thadhani (Director), no response and lastly i followed up with Dr. Sugata Pyne (Manager), he told me I'll asked sir/ma'am and update you. Waiting for his reply after 3 to 5 days Again i followed up then he is not answering no response. They don't clear my payment & security deposit. If they are doing with a middle class person, how will we worked. If I'm wrong you can beat me, I'm not going to stop you but I'm right, my payment must be cleared. Please don't behave like this with any staffs because the hospital is running because of the staffs only. In this Crisis time staffs are supporting you, you must support staffs too. But they only want money but there is not a feeling for staff. Please clear my payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother got pneumonia. But the doctor gave the treatment of Corona. 5 bottles were injected on the Remdesivir 150,000 bill paid. But my mother is not alive today, so what kind of treatment did these people do? If you go back, you will have cough for 2 months. Saying so sent back. My mother is not alive today.???
