★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (Senior Citizen) booked tour of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal through Nirav Travels. Without our approval, they booked Air ticket at 05.00 am requiring us to keep awake whole night with road journey of seven hour next day. We requested them to cancel the booking as it was not possible for us to take such a strenuous journey. They hesitated a lot in returning the booking amount. its almost more than 20 days and so far they have not returned/refunded. Every time they give some flimsy excuse and dilly dally.
We request all to be careful and get all matters in writing from them.
