Easy to notice from vehicle while driving.
Parking space is for employees only.
Visitor parking lot is required as per my opinion. Office is situated in the area where you can easily get transportation facilities like auto, taxi, bus etc. You can also get light snacks around the office. You can also get tea stall nearby.
