The staff is inexperienced and extremely unprofessional. The way they treated my sick niece who is just 5 years old is detestable. The nurse was unable to inject a simple iv which was rather shocking! They didn't allow the presence of a single parent with the patient who is sick and afraid and most importantly Five (5) years old!...which is not acceptable! and psychologically influential in a very disturbing way! And after all the horrible and unacceptable way of treating the patient... when it became absolutely intolerable to observe the chaos... we decided to seek professional help from a more promising hospital but they became aggressively defensive (not in a violent way) "but verbally" and tried to ban us from taking care of our own sick child. I urge you people if you love your child never visit this facility it's not a medical care center its a horror show!!! We are scared by the experience... Save yourselves!
