★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good project. It's 2.4km from Sinhgad Road and 1.7km from Ambegaon - jayraj bypass. Flats are also good. Only downside of the project is that it is surrounded by Sinhgad hostels from all sides. Except a small stretch of road all other portion is good. Good investment.
