★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Nirman India for more than 2 years, the working method is completely systematic, there is a lot of learning opportunities in the company. Management is very cooperative and thinks about employee welfare.
There is no politics in the company at all. There are many welfare programs for the employees. Very good policies, specially I am very impressed with the leave policy of Nirman India, like EL, CL, SL, B'day leave, M' anniversary leave, Short leave and many more. Overall I enjoyed my tenure. I had to leave my job due to domestic emergency, I want to work again with Nirman India.
