Nice building and location is also very nice. Road connectivity is good, School- colleges are also near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are decent to live in, spacious. But the approach road is rocky. There are no street lights as well. The apartments has good security and gardening. Community activities are limited but when it happens, it happens well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well constructed project. Unit size is ok. Amenities are already in place and functional. Swimming pool and children play area is there. Only the issue is the location of the project. I am not sure about connectivity of the site by public transport. Approach road is from katraj dehu bypass road. Approach road is not in good condition. The project site is well maintained. But I was not comfortable with the surroundings and locality.

Swimming Pool ,Club House ,And flat size is big as compare to all society in Ambegaon All Jaguar Fittings. Windows size is big so no issue for sunlight and Vantilation and rooms are fresh enough all day .
