I hired them for my office renovation where they showed me some designs which are best suited for my office space, the designs were quite unique which I haven't seen before. Finally after almost two months they completed the work which was really a masterpiece and a result of their great talent, innovate ideas and hard working nature. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE.This has been the worst decision to handover my house renovation work to this company. Mr Ashwin and his company, never fall for their commitments. Mr Ashwin upfront fees on 35k is worthless, better to avoid him if you want your life peaceful. They are masters in giving false commitments. Always go through their pricing they charge extravagantly. labour only available for 2-3days in week. Do not use their own procured products or goods because they are either local or non branded. I had to take the charge in between to get my things into place. Replaced everything suggest or installed by them. You make home not everyday so we all want a good quality product to be installed. This guy “Ashwin” he is such a negative person who has every problem fallen on him when executing your work. My delivery time was given 21days and after 45 days just before Diwali they gave unfinished work. Instead of giving assistance for good designs and new concepts, he only blabber over the phone. You can directly call me to take their further report card, I can explain in detail. Highly mismanagement contractor they have. This organisation can’t continue with this attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Wonderful experience with Mr. Ashwani Singh & Mr. Himanshu Sharma. The designers assigned to us was very professional. He gave us suggestions for all our requirements so that we do not exceed our budget.
Site team was also very helpful and kept us updated with the daily and weekly status of the progress. Also they handover my flat on committed time.
I am really happy with the quality and designs of the interiors. Will definitely recommend Nirmanik Design Studio to everyone. ??
