★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broadly agree with one of the reviewers. Booked RTPCR test here through TATA 1Mg, Phlebotomist gave a marketing story that in 24 hours RTPCR tests are now delivered. It is now more than 53 hrs since sample collection, there is no update on the report while I continue to suffer. Called the lab multiple time since evening. Around 9:22 PM today I was asked to wait and after 3 mins the person hung up on me. Gave call back in each minute after that but no response, see the pictorial evidence and stay away from these type of unprofessional labs. It is your life at stake and you have to decide on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. My sample for RTPCR test was collected yesterday morning around 9:45.. the collection person promised that I will get the report within 24 hours. Still I haven't got the report. We have bad experience previously with Metropolis which we told him, he replied that Nirnayan doesn't delay. We will get the report within 24 hours for sure. Now he is not accepting his words. I guess we should have record our conversation. And we have paid 1200/- for the test. After requesting many times he didn't provide any receipt. Nirnayan authority please clarify.
