★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worse experience with this Hospital... I was admitted on 30/09/2021 evening at about 18.20 pm having fever for last 3 days and I took a cabin and that very evening my blood was taken and I was under the medication till next morning. In the afternoon they told my wife that I have Hepatitis C Virus which is very rare and they referred me to any better Hospital in Kolkata. I was under the care of Dr. Saptashree Mandal who visited me only once and that too for hardly 1 minutes.. My whole family gone under shock and my wife started crying there only because she was instructed that way by the concern person of the hospital and very next day we moved to Kolkata Peerless hospital and got admitted there on 2nd September as expected they also took the blood for some test and they came up with a result of Normal Malaria and nothing more than that... I was there for 4 days and trust me after 4 days I was all OK and I was being discharged from there with total bill of Rupees 16,640 only.Whereas in Nirnoy my one day bill was more than 17000.. In Nirnoy they said I have Hepatitis C Virus.. But in Peerless when my family asked the doctor regarding Hepatitis they said its nothing like that. Now you guys decide can you trust upon such Hospital who are running just a business in the name hospital and nothing more than that... Be careful with such looters because they only value money not your life..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst reception service ever specially from Swastha Sathi Desk...the person named as Mr.Madhab he is intentionally ignoring all my paperworks...don't know why he is doing this...Authority must need to take some action against him. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I take my sister to Ortho department for treatment of shoulder facture, I admitted her 24 hours ,but no doctors come to check patient in that time. After X-ray report they said facture In three area in shoulder,after 8 hours they said facture one area , no experience staff,totally frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to kill someone without getting involved in a murder case, please bring them here during an emergency.
Minimum one body comes out of the ICU in every 10minutes. They ll not even inform you that the patient has expired. Instead they ll give ventilation and other costly aids to the expired person for grabbing your hard earned money. Doctor comes only at specific time just for a casual check up and the nurses and staffs are always busy with their make up and other nibba nibbi stuffs. They know that they are welcoming you just to kill you.-
" O wow! Our next target has arrived at ICU! Let's kill her/him and have fun! Yeah!!! "
Oh yes! Although there are more than the maximum number of patients capable to stay in that small ICU and many unskilled staffs, still they ll not let you in to talk with your patient, because you may carry infection, or you may singly create a crowd? So, how can you go in? Please don't go. Please visit your patient when she/he is no more, please ? not before that.
