β β β β β I needed physiotherapy under advice of Spinal surgeon. Contacted Nirvaana Physiotherapy. They immediately arranged to send physiotherapist Mr. Biswajit Mondal. As per prescription of Doctor, he undertook classes (session) for about 2 weeks. I have been relieved of pain and other problems. As per his guidance, I am doing exercises regularly. It proved wonder. Thanks Nirvaana and Mr. Biswajit.
