Had incredible time doing Tandem paragliding with Nirvana. The instructors were very friendly and put us at ease making the whole experience really enjoyable

Had a fantastic time to learning paragliding with Nirvana. instructors were supportive, friendly and patient throughout I achieved my EP and Cp with nirvana its a brilliant place to learn. Would recommend to anyone who wants to live the dream and learn to fly!

I did my Elementary Pilot course from Nirvana Adventures. I can't thank Nirvana Adventures enough for building the confidence to fly in me. Paragliding sounded as a deadly affair to me until I came to Nirvana Adventures. They have highly experienced instructors trained by the Swiss instructors. They follow high standards for their equipment. They have simulator training at their accommodation. Their teaching pace is as per the comfort of the learner. They would let you take as many flights as you want under favourable weather conditions. Nirvana Adventures would make sure that you return as confident pilots only wishing to come back to practice and enhance your skills with them. I'm equally tempted to go back to Native Place just for the positive vibe and the garden. I'll surely visit this place often to practice flying and complete my Club Pilot course.

You want to learn to soar with the eagles? Don't hesitate. Nirvana is for you. The place is run by Sanjay & Astrid Rao, who are seasoned professionals and perhaps the pioneers of paragliding in India. THE PEACE! The Native Place is tucked among the hillocks surrounded by trees and boasts a lake to laze during early mornings and evenings. Except the chirping of the birds, there's hardly any sound here. The guest house is beautifully designed space for quarters and dorms where you learn to spend time with the elements. Plenty of activities like nature walks, tree planting, swimming in the lake etc are available. If you are looking to run away from the usual hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place for you. Spend a weekend and you will always come back for more... The BLISS! Cutaway from the world (not even your mobile works except for a few corners where the signal is reasonably strong), this place is a bliss in the real sense. Takes some time to get used to the peace and quite that you encounter here. HAPPY LANDINGS! Nirvana Paragliding Club/ School provides training to beginners who want to become pilots, advanced training to novices along with club facilities for one time fun seekers and seasoned pilots. Training/ School Mode of instructions is very practical and the instructors know what they are doing. You got to do as they ask of you. It's always a very tempting feeling to just go, jump off the mountain and do what man always wanted to do - FLY! Initial two days of the EP program can be very boring/ disappointing and tiring. You are on the ground learning the basics from one of the best instructors in India. Ground handling is the key here. Take offs and landings are one of the most important aspects of flying and paragliding is no different. You watch, learn, practice, practice and practice. Day three onwards, you are a few steps closer to the dream. First flights from a reasonable height and you cover a distance of a few hundred meters. The instructors watch you and patiently provide you with necessary instructions on the radio to guide you for a landing. Day four is all about flying. The essence is still on take offs and landings but your flying duration lasts longer than the previous day... Depending upon your finesse you may require assistance from instructors to inflate the glider and they always know what's best for you. Practice makes you perfect and it's advisable to stay under such supervision until you have 15-20 hours of flying under your belt. There instructions may seem outdated to some but they know what they are doing. Safety is always first and they are the best judges of wind speeds and flying conditions. Students of even advance courses such as Club Pilot are always under guidance and radio supervision which to me seems appropriate. It's always a new day and Fun/ Thrill Seekers: Tandem rides are offered for people who just want to go up to get a feel of it. Again, the pilots at Nirvana are among the best in India and they are fully capable of giving you a ride of a lifetime. Videos and pictures are available for you to take home the memories. Pilots: Paragliding equipment is available on rent. Pick up the gear and fly along and among the best pilots in India. Weather is very stable, highly predictable and barring the rainy season, mountains in this area provide smooth sailing all year through.

Flying with Nirvana was not just about paragliding but a whole lot of other experiences sply the stay at native place. Well, but 1st about Paragliding- well trained Tutors (Ravi Sir and the gang), explains really well, always around u on the field , and very down to earth ppl and yes very safe for GIRLs (Stating my CP course from 2morrow). NOW about NATIVE PLACE- it exactly goes with the name. Nature, birds, "lake" and ppl u meet from all walks of life and all different age grp sharing their life experiences, is beyond words. Niravana is undoubtedly the BEST place to learn paragliding. I went for the elementary pilot course in December2021 and had an amazing experience. Its a perfect blend of good hospitality, qualified instructors, best quality equipment and supportive people with very pleasant attitude. Recommend this place to everyone who wish to learn paragliding as adventure sport and also to people to want to just enjoy being in the air on tandem flights. That moment when you are in the air flying solo is just soooooo amazing.........nothing can be compared to that feeling........ I have to thank everyone @Nirvana for this surreal experience. Special thanks to all the instructors - Ravi Sir, Bond Sir, Vinod Sir, and Pradeep Sir for all their efforts in making this experience soooooo special.....
