★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Nirvana cabs are best for ride. Its very luxurious and under budget of everybody. Its rates are very low comparatively other local travel options like Auto, Buses etc.
Some times before I was not aware about Nirvana Cabs. But when I ride in Nirvana cabs, I felt that its really very good. Its timing is also very good. Its very easy to book ride with of its app. Most important thing is that it can be book from anywhere and we don't needs to bargain for rates. All rate's are fixed and under budget. We can know that in how much time we get our cab. Its very helpful where we are in unknown place.
I strongly recommend for a comfortable ride

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. I had booked this cab service for pickup from Patna Airport. They had confirmed the booking and provided car and driver's detail. The driver refused service due to some issue. The operator did not pick th call not bothered to inform me. I was kept stranded on the airport for more than an hour at 10 Pm in the night. I will report this service and ensure no one else suffers due their irresponsible behaviour. Never ever book a cab from this unprofessional agent.
I am adding this part after the reply from the agency. The agency is a bundle of lies. I landed at around 9:50 PM. I never told that I will not travel in the night. Instead I had to book a local cab to reach my destination which was Bhagalpur. Fact is that this unprofessional cab agent never bothered to reply properly. I was even threatened when I started called continously for a reply. Never ever book any cab from this unprofessional person. If anyone wants I can share the whatsapp chat screenshot through email. This person is a thug.
