★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of visiting this Hospital with my brother for eye check up my father who is in his nineties. From the reception counter to the Doctor's cabin there are enthusiastic staff with a helping hand and a smile in their face every where there to assist with all cordiality. I felt it like a hospiliaty center rather than a corporate hospital. The young Dr. Amarendra Samal an Alumni of AIIMS, New Delhi is a dynamic and an amicable person. His eagerly attitude to listen to patients problems is a pleasurable experience. I wish the institutions should grow and expand so that people get right kind of services.

Staffs are ineffective. They have no respect, compassion for patients. Even if you take prior appointment or call to clinic or doctors availability and go, yet you have to wait for hours.
No respect for sequence, someone who comes after you may get to see the doctor first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Hospital same by viewing the reviews in Internet ( just like you people ) and impressed by 4.8 ratings. Then I visited the hospital and checked my eye
My experience with this hospital
They will not tell you the all tests & check up during 1st consultation by junior Doctor
But slowly they will refer you " Sir/maam it will be better if you conduct this specific test then after the report O oooo i have some doubt if you can finally test one more so we will get the exact result
Step by step your test payment will start from 100 to 5000 and finally medicine ? and glasses thats extra will be waiting
My concern is that at least tell the patients in 1st consultation that this x y z tests will be done and you will be charged z rupees.... but step by step if you refer more more test It's not a professional way
And after taking their prescribed medicine problem with eye ? was not solved no significant result came.
Finally i again check my eye with LV prasad eye institute friend believe me you have to wait for more hours but it worth for money
Excellent transparency with patients and my eye problem also solved within week by their medicine and glasses
And if i compare the money i wasted in NIRVANA it was just bit more then Half i spent here in LV prasad and my eye sight is excellent.

Firstly blood taken by staff is very inefficient.
Eye test for lens is done so badly.20 times test done and still did not get correct report.
Which result improper in surgery, not visible up to the mark.
We told for medium and long range view and rhey do the reverse. Short range view. Disgusting.
All proof I have kept if I change my mind for taking any decisions.
Lastly, for the the spectacle ?, they examined and gave the wrong powerful spec.when my father complain, I went there and they accepted their mistake . But said all the fault was of manufacture who did not make the spectacle as per prescribed power.
My sincere request, if took money without discount a single penny please be serious what you paid for.
I know,it will disappoint you, but this is the bitter truth happened with my father and that to most vital organ of a human body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did cataract surgery for my father at Nirvana and had a wonderful experience. We had done the same for my father-in-law few months back as well. Doctor has expertise on Glaucoma as well and most of my family members are regular here for eye treatment.
