★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is huge difference between a bar and a library, i was not expecting pin drop silence in a bar, come on man i have wasted both my money and my time, the bar lady doesn't even know which beverages we had ordered, and that wine they had offered is the worst red wine i have ever seen in my life,( i didn't even taste that) i request people to not to go over there and waste there time otherwise you could be writing review like me just after 30 minutes,?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Nirvana", as the name suggests, is an ideal place for a solo or serene and romantic dine-out. The restaurant is located in one of the luxury hotels of Kolkata, i.e. Radisson Kolkata, Ballygunge. We ordered,
*Popiah Jeh: Exotic and crispy vegetables tossed in hot and sweet sauce. The vegetables were crispy and flavorful.
While waiting for our subsequent dish to arrive, we were served an unusual and chatpata (salty and spicy) Aloo chaat. I believe, our table attendant prepared the dish especially for us. The Aloo Chaat was not too spicy nor too sour. The potatoes were soft and made with accurate spices.
*Gamberoni Peperoza: While looking for some good shrimp dish, the staff proposed this preparation to us. The platter had big lobsters, some sauteed vegetables, mashed potato and bread. The Lobsters were huge and moist and the vegetables were fresh and well-seasoned.
Even though the restaurant is steeply priced, the quality and quantity of the food are classic. You can also spend your evening enjoying a cocktail at this tranquil Nirvana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Claridale is doing some shady business for sure! They call themselves 5 star hotel but don't even have basic services that are available at any 3 star hotel!!! Then they've provided wrong address on Google maps, their restaurants show wrong timing on Google, their pool isn't available, their rooms are not clean, their switches don't work, the list goes on...
