Had an amazing time. I learnt to paraglide, the thrill of jumping off a cliff unassisted is hard to describe. The staff and the pedagogy were amazing. Highly recommend for the flying, and also for the stay and the friendships.

Ooh this place has always managed to deliver the magical experience every single time I have been here. I have been coming to FlyNirvana/Native place since 2018. I did my EP, IP & CP course from here. Flying Experience: Apart from being the pioneers of paragliding in the valley, they have the best instructors, who are not only great at their teaching skills but also know when to boost the morale and make you feel confident & comfortable when you are up in the sky. The instructors have numerous hours of flying experience under their belt to guide you and make you a confident pilot. Pilot safety is their primary concern and never have I seen it being compromised. Stay Expirience: Native place is truly a home away from home. The vibe here is as beautiful as the architecture of this place. The bunk bed accommodation for the pilots gives a very nostalgic feel. The best part about the stay is the food. They grow all of their veggies in the farm at Native place. You might have never had anything fresher than this. The sunset from the terrace every evening post flying is so relaxing and mesmerising at the same time. The Uksan dam is within 1 min walking distance from the Native place. Native place is home to numerous pilots across the globe. I have met some really amazing souls from various backgrounds of life every single time I have been here. More than the warm stay and food, the host(Sanjay & Astrid) and their staff(Mangesh & tanaji) are one of the nicest people I have come across. They are super warm and are willing to accommodate all your daily needs. PS: Its very difficult to leave this place and get back to your normal life. Paragliding is a very addictive sport. Can't wait to be back at Nirvana!!

Fly Nirvana bundles the best teaching process, safety, and fun together into the paragliding course, and makes the solo flying very exciting. Running off the cliff, and letting my feet higher above the ground was unnerving at first but in a controlled and monitored environment with comprehensive instructions, even as a new student I felt comfortable and safe. I have fear of heights (basically, it is the fear of falling from a height).  With the proper guidance and safety first approach, Fly Nirvana and his team makes solo flying seem very easy. Instructors at Fly Nirvana are quick to correct and give very specific instructions that builds confidence throughout the course. Mr Ravi and his team of Instructors are very knowledgeable folks and they know very well the flying sites and understand the wind conditions to make any solo flying safe and fun. I am a regular student at this school doing ground handling and solo flying practice after finishing 11 days of Club Pilot program. After a hard work on the flying site, retreat to the Native Place guest house on the shore of Vadivali lake is another fine point to do paragliding course with Nirvana. Native place, where the theory, simulations and briefings for the Paragliding courses take place, is a very quite, peaceful snd green place with abundance of trees, flowers, birds and amazing view of Sunset behind the lake. I highly recommend Fly Nirvana to learn paragliding.

Experience of a solo female traveller who completed all her levels (EP, IP & CP) with Nirvana You wake up with the sounds of birds chirping. If you manage to get ready in time, you can visit the lake (which is barely a minute's walk from the property) before you leave for your flying session. They carry some homemade breakfast which you can have at the Paragliding site. They have their own organic farm from where they grow their own veggies. You may be scared if it's your first time Paragliding, but the instructors make sure they make you comfortable and confident about the whole experience. They are highly skilled and remarkably experienced. They are very thorough in their teaching and make sure they keep up to the highest safety standards. (The Indian Air force also trains with them) Once you're done with your flying session, you go back to their property which is one of the most serence places. It's a place which is blended very well with the nature - with hammocks, rooftop spaces, organic food, a lake and lots of birdwatching. Don't think twice before choosing Nirvana for your flying journey. You won't regret it! Hope you have the time of your life, just like I always do!

Hello people, I am glad that I chose the "Nirvana Adventures" for my Paragliding Adventure sports. This is the oldest school for paragliding in India. The experience which I have got is speechless. I have completed full Club Pilot training and now I am happily practicing the paragliding skills with Nirvana. They provide high quality training equipments, professional staff, no compromise in safety, theory sessions, video sessions, ground handling as well as simulator sessions before the actual practice on the sites. Best part is our instructors. They make sure that you understand every concept of paragliding, the weather conditions, wind directions. Also they are very polite and respectful with students they teach. They are happy to answer every questions students ask. When you are actually flying they will watch you in your entire flight from take off to landing. And guide you every small detailed instructions, air traffic rules when you are in the air. It's not just a paragliding course, it will come with proper school training along with beautiful accommodation & food arrangements at the base called "The Native Place". The place has very surreal, calming, peaceful vibes. And it's artistically created place. It's surrounded with lots of greenery, chirping birds, very clean lake just next to the backyard of this place where you can do open water swimming as well and can watch beautiful sunset from the terrace of this place & enjoy your evenings. Last not but the least, they also serve super yummy food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening tea with homely touch and you can get along with the other bunch of people and can share your experiences. You will find all variety of People coming here and enjoying the stay as well. Overall it's an amazing experience to learn paragliding as well as you can just come and stay, have a good city break and chill. This is the best school around Kamshet, the level of professionalism and skills of instructors are unmatched. The entire community of people who visit here is very good, and the stay at Native place takes you into nature. I highly recommend Nirvana to anyone (solo or in a group) looking for adventure and disconnecting from the busy life.

I've been going here for over 15years and the place grows on me ever more, everytime. The ambience is peaceful and the hosts gracious and welcoming. The food and facilities are very special, with great attention to detail. The training provided is par excellent and you will definitely return to the place once you visit it... I highly recommend it for people of all ages - nature lovers, adventure sports people, families and youth!
