★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, the building exterior and exterior is also good, in total the design is very good of the building,
But when i visited the place, the garden area was completely full of dust as if it wasn't cleaned for few days...it may have been because of the location, also the rooms i was shown were messy and i sneaked into the kitchen as well and i did not have a good feel about that, the common area was good with good seating arrangements but cleanliness was a issue there too, the ambience inside the building was not something i would appreciate, it was very weirdly managed, the kitchen did not give me a good vibe, and food and cleanliness are the major concerns when you live away from your home, so i did not choose the place, also the rent was overpriced according to me seeing the management of the place.
I chose HOUSR instead.
Also replying to the owner's comment, i did visit your property sir, both ...the one at sector 45 and the one at iffco chowk, i did mention to you what i saw at sector 45...the cleanliness issue, to which you called the person in front of me and then you told me that there was some work going on there, also i have some screenshots for the day, which clearly shows that i visited the place,
Sir i said some nice things too about the place along with things i didn't like, as far as defaming is concerned...i did not intend that...i'm sorry if you felt that way but i said what i thought is right. I still would say the location and design of your property is very good along with the facilities you are providing but there are issues you should consider. Feel free to check the calling details, the screenshots of which i have posted after the defaming blame. Both the numbers are yours i found on google and called before i visted the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't return security my friend used to stay there but after so many discussion and months if waiting also didn't refunded the money. Avoid this pg. If you post negative reviews they will ask you to remove it or hold your security amount. Choose wisely and refrain from getting scammed.

If you want to make yourself comfortable with a calm surrounding you should definitely choose this place.The hospitality was very good.The meals they provide are mouth-watering and hygenic.The property is always very clean.They provide other facilites too like gym,entertainment zone, automatic washing machine,etc. The refund are also always on time. This place is totally value for money.Best place for professionals.Would strongly recommend this to others.
