★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my Bhuta Shuddhi program at Nisarga Hatha Yoga along with my sister and niece. It was such a wonderful experience, I felt so much more still and at peace after the 1.5 hours session ended.
The ambience of the place is so good and the way the class was conducted, it's like Sadhguru is there himself guiding and taking every step of the program, just like all the Isha programs I've attended.
With the ongoing Covid situations, all the social distancing and sanitization norms were followed very diligently. There were only 7 participants in the class. The teacher, Kanika Akka completely made sure of safety of everyone involved.
Speaking of the teacher, she has such a gentle personality. I saw her first time when she took Angamardana program at Isha Central Delhi back in 2018. Her gentleness, poise and the calmness with which she conducts the class is really great.
Many thanks to her for taking the programs even with all the uncertainty all around.

This was my first organized set of yoga classes and I could not be happier. Would recommend both this and other classes by Kanika to everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience - These guys couldn't explain - How one can get benefits of the Yoga? Also, if you request for results the Answer was subjective on Yoga because you have to additionally take the diet plan and thats an additional charge? I want to understand that you called me sell your Yoga classes for the results that I am looking for and when I asked for results then you say that you have to take another service then why don't you sell it as package. We are not here to waste the time but get the value out of it. The conversation that I had today with your team was joke and your guy kept on saying that he will come back with these answers - well you should be prepared in advance specially when you have already taken somebodies 15-20 minutes. BadExperience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to thank our hatha yoga teacher Kanika Akka for making it happen as it would have been difficult for me to go to the ashram. So, I went for Surya kriya and the place was spacious and appropriate distance was maintained throughout the sessions, moreover, the place is clean and the teacher made us walk through the practice with ease and patiently cleared all my doubts.
