★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Nishant Electric was really very bad. As they are the authorized dealer of Crompton products, I thought to have a good experience. I wanted to buy a fan for my mother. My mother is 70 years old who went with me. As soon as we entered the shop we were asked what were we looking for? As soon as I said a Fan. I was asked, how many? After I said 1 the seller was surprised that we needed only one fan! Well we stood in the shop for a while until another guy was looking for the fan. Nobody in the shop offered my old mother to sit even. Their behaviour was not very good. Finally I decided to buy an iron also. They did not have any Crompton Iron and the other brands iron the guy was going upstairs to keep for billing. I asked them to at least open the iron and switch it on to check. The reply was that they keep all "Tested pieces". I had to push the seller to open and switch it on. We came upstairs and we were asked to pay the money.
I was really really surprised because we did not even know when the fan was kept there without even showing us. I literally had to again push the seller to open and show me the fan. His reply was Nobody checks a fan. Mr. Seller I do. : )
What worst could you expect? Finally he called a boy to open and show me the fan. I want to tell to the seller only one simple thing that if I was not interested in seeing the items then I could buy it online. I specially called Crompton to get your address and took taxi to come to your showroom so that I could check the item before buying if it suits my need.
You can't be that quick in closing the deal that the buyer feels unsatisfied. I was really really unhappy to see your really really unkind behaviour. Only keeping smile on face is not enough. You should satisfy the buyer about the queries for any products with a humble and nice gesture.
I won't suggest to anybody doing shopping in this place. Time has changed and consumers know their rights these days. Thanks.
