★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a khaitan cooler from this shop on 14 April 2019 and the fan of the cooler jammed after 2 months only. I have serious doubts whether he keeps original product or not because the cooler was in warranty period and no one from shop or the company came to the rescue of that jammed fan. At last after bearing four days of intense heat and humidity in the hope of seeing anyone from the retailer or the company. I spent rs 1500 on the cooler and got it repaired by a local mechanic.
