★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fee they are charging is exhorbitantly high. I was there to enquire about cost of Drug Allergy Test they said it is Rs7500. While the other diagnostics laboratory in nearby places charging half of this price. We know this test facility is not available in Khargone and the sample is to send Indore for further testing, where it is charged some Rs. 1500-2000.
Charging 3 to 4 times from normal rates is not good at this pandemic situation.
Apart from this lab was also not looking sophisticated enough, the person sitting in the counter was also not competent enough to entertain our request. Hence this rating.
