โ โ โ โ โ We had a fire in our upstairs floor. It created a lot of smoke and soot. The soot covered walls and furniture of the three rooms and one bathroom on the floor. This was very difficult work since the soot was very thick. They toiled hard for 2 days and got the rooms in pretty good shape. 100% normal was not possible I think, so I do not take away any marks from them.
They could have handled our stuff better. A few articles were broken.
They did listen the best they could to all we told them to do.
I would recommend them. Just be careful if you have stuff that can break easily.
I would also like to callout Bhimgiri, one of the boys. Worked his heart out.

โ โ โ โ โ The owner Raj promised to send his team by 9.30-10 am; when we called at 10.30 AM, firstly he didn't take the call and didn't respond to our WhatsApp message despite being online. When we again called him, he casually mentioned his team will reach by 11:15 AM. Finally, at 12 PM we again called him and he didn't even bother picking up our call. Most unprofessional owner and his company - we don't recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ We had another company quote us a price and the day before we were supposed to have them come, they increased the price drastically. This is when we called Nissi Cleaning. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable about the services they provided and willing to take our last minute booking.
We were not at the property the whole day, as we were both working, and I wasnโt sure what to expect when we came at the end to inspect. I was pleasantly surprised with their level of work. This was a new apartment that we were moving into and the cleaning that was done by the landlord was not to our standard. Hence why we hired a deep cleaning company. When we arrived at the end, I noticed a couple of things that I wanted touched up and they did it immediately without any complaint. The gentleman that were there were very polite and accommodating of anything my husband and I asked of them. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thanks so much!
