★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for more than past 6 months, location is very good (adjacent to the main bellary road), household stuffs are easily available in the near-by market, though branded outlets are very few. Amenities are very few and no central active management body!

Management is not good.
Nothing in terms of amenities.
Decent gym and spacious apartments.
Obsession with "Nitesh" branding is haunting. Everything from a normal sign to a board has a big bold Nitesh written all over it; we get it that they love their name but it's a bit too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 2 years. I didn't find any amenities like indoor games. But security were very kind to us and used to play with us and i enjoyed being here. But if indoor games were there thn it would me mor fun .
