I recently moved to Mumbai from Bangalore. Since I have a car, I hadn't used my bike for over 3-4 years. Basically covered in tarp with zero usage. I decided to get it serviced to use it instead of my car to beat the Mumbai traffic. I am staying in Chembur and basis google search found Nitin's garage online with good reviews. I decided to give it a try, called nitin ji and the same day, he came along with his staff to pick up the bike. The bike did not respond at all, battery was dead, petrol was leaking from carborateur and both clutch and disc brake were completely loose. Exterior, obviously was in a bad shape. Nitin and his staff tried for more than 30 min but then towed it to their garage almost 5 Kms away. It is Diwali week so a busy season all around. Nitin ji called me personally 2-3 times to update about the issues with the bike and to keep the cost in control gave some workable ideas (which cut the cost by more than 50%). On the day of delivery, I was expecting a bill of around 5-7k, however, he managed it around 4k. Again he personally came to drop the bike with his staff. Bike was in great shape, polished and all parts fixed. Took it for a short spin and coincidentally some other rider commented on how well kept the bike was (if only he had seen the bike 3 days earlier :) By the way I have a 2011 Yamaha FZ
I generally don't write reviews but with such great service from Nitin ji, positive review toh banta hai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During google search for Service of my Activa 5g i came across Nitin Auto spares and service.Their review were postive so i decided to go ahead for my service at this place which was pending since last two years.As soon as I went to the shop, the owner of shop Nitin Ji asked me to sit and offered tea and water to me.He asked his working person to take my scooter for open body wash.Later on the guy came and started with the service part.Starting from Oil change to brake fitting, and rim cleaning to clutch plate cleaning everything was done very effectively. He also showed me practically how my battery was discharged and provided me new battery at discounted rate.Changed all the nut bolts and screw which were rusted and applied oil for long lasting protection.overall servicing charge was also minimum as he gave discount on that too. Most importantly the owner Nitin ji is very polite and kind hearted person. He listen to all the problems that you are facing and personally show his co-workers how to rectify the problem.I must say he is specialist in two wheeler service.He also assured me of calling directly to him whenever I have any issue of my scooter in the nearby vicinity.Blessed to get opportunity to meet people like nitinji.May god bless him and bless him with more success.
