I went in for makeup and hair for my farewell and I have to say apart from the makeup and hair being beautiful and flawless, the staff and owner there were very professional and helpful. I had a pleasant experience at this saloon

One of the best makeup artist in Delhi, they exactly gave the look which everyone wants. They try to fulfill their expectations. Nitin nd Shikha (owners), both are humble and genuine person. Their team is well educated about makeup and hair.

Really a worst decision of my life to hire Nitin and Shikha for my bridal makeup. They are such arrogant and rude people who don't have a little bit of respect also for their clients. I had booked them 5 months prior to my wedding. Nitin is such a person who hides behind his wife, and doesn't have the courtesy to even talk to his clients. whenever we used to call him he used to tell I am busy and would ask his wife to call us back. when we tried to talk to him, he used to tell us that I only talk to the clients 10 days before, is this how you treat your clients?? Now their intention is very clear, they would speak to you so late so that they can blackmail at the end. Earlier I had a makeup- touchup for one of my function but due to omicron restrictions I had to reschedule my function so I asked them to give a full makeup instead of touchup. Taking advantage of our situation shikha(who was in talks with me) quoted a very high price for just my makeup, for my mother she quoted extra. When we refused her offer she tried negotiating the amount but we decided that we didn't want to go ahead with this, then she started with new level of harassment. She now tells us that she has another booking for the same evening and she will make me ready 2 hrs prior to my function because she has to leave for her other client. She didn't even try to understand our situation, how can a bride be ready 2 hrs before. She started forcing us to take options according to what is convenient to her. She is a very low level person, who doesn't even have the decency to talk properly. When we thought it was enough and we would not take it forward we asked for our refund but she being mean, manipulative lady told us it is your fault and the advance will not be refund. She harassed us to such a level that we had to look for a new makeup artist just 2 weeks before my wedding. I really regret my decision of choosing her. I have worked with other people also before but never found such a person. I would recommend other people also not to opt for her services because she will leave you high and dry at the end and I would not want any other bride to face what I did.

Absolutely horrible experience.Worst place to book any birdal services If you are interested in playing blame game please get their services and enjoy the fun of being harassed. The owner will start changing the time and putting her own conditions and put you in jeopardy since what can you do as you have paid the booking amount.Never recommend anyone for thier Big Day

Nitin and shikha are highly unprofessional people. Would not recommend them for anything. They would force you with their unreasonable conditions and “suggestions” just 1 week before the wedding and if you don’t agree to that they would go to the extent of blackmailing you. Nitin doesn’t even have the courage to deal with the customers, he hides behind his wife. They are just GREEDY people, who doesn’t even know how to handle their customers. Really PATHETIC services and worst professionals IF YOU HIRE THEM THEN YOUR BIG DAY WILL BE SPOILT FOR SURE (OR ANY DAY FOR THAT MATTER)!!!

We booked the team's services for my wedding. Their makeup was better than average but their professionalism is terrible. My family didn't show up for an appointment but paid in full, and even now the team is harassing us over whatsapp. They are not courteous and not at all understanding. A little empathy goes a long way in build long term client relationships and these folks DO NOT understand that. If you want your piece of mind, then DO NOT avail their services.

We have booked them for my cousin’s wedding after paying a good advance amount. Just one day before the marriage they changed the timings and asked her to get ready 2 hours before otherwise pay extra money because now they are getting other booking for the same day. Worst professionals I have ever seen, what to complain about the staff when owners are like that. Be Safe Don’t Go

They did my make up and I appreciate their hard work. I do not think they are professional and at least I know me and my family are not going there again. Also the owner reached out after he got to know we have posted a review and said he put so much effort in my make up and I gave this review and that I am happy by doing this to them. PS: This review is totally professional and nothing else.
