They don’t have a good management to maintain test data. There system is to individually whatsapp each patient.
I was told that I will recieve the results in the afternoon. But everytime I call the lab for update since then, a casual response of ‘after one hour’ followed by hanging up the phone is given.
It’s because of this horrible covid management, Pune is at the top of corona affected cities in the world. Disgrace!
