โ โ โ โ โ never believed such a worst service and reply from maxbupa,I am having two policies of maxbupa and i am paying around 50 k on the policies.
1. I went to PSRI,Delhi for my Mother's Surgery after informing the agent and his confirmation.
2.After reaching their the hospital denied the cashless treatment and when i contacted the Maxbupa the reply was to change the hospital instead of any solution.
3.This hospital is on the list of cashless treatment through maxbupa but still had to pay the whole amount.
4.Their has been no reply even on email from them even when i emailed this whole incident to grievance team of maxbupa..
Will never ever recommend this policy to anyone....
