2. Unhealthy work environment - there should be a break time allotted for an employee however in this organisation there is no specific break time allotted...
3. Extreme Micro management by leadership.
4. Very poor and unhealthy work culture I ever have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a ex-employee. The work environment is very bad. Dont have a fixed break time for employees. They give very low amount salary and a lot of work pressure is there. Unnecessary leadership shown by the management like we are slaves that they have bought. I immediately quited the job as soon as I joined because the work pressure made me fall sick. The washroom water was full of mosquito larvae. Worst place to work specially for young female employees.
